We take a very Wholistic approach to screening applicants, with decisions on acceptance being made on a system-generated Wholistic score card system, which take all data from applicant into account. No one single factor above is only ever considered in any un-biased decision and no one single individual makes that un-biased decision on approval/dis-approval.**
